From leading global learning initiatives at multinational corporations to heading organizational effectiveness at Tokpah Global, my mission is to build capacity for social impact businesses, NGOs, nonprofits, and public sector organizations. My experience spans industries and roles, but my focus remains consistent: equipping leaders and teams with the tools to excel.

Equipped with an undergraduate degree in Mass Communication from the University of Liberia and current graduate studies toward a Master of Public Administration at Wake Forest University, I aim to deepen my impact by shaping policies and practices that benefit diverse communities.

Ministry of Gender, Liberia

2015

At the Ministry of Gender, Children, and Social Protection in the Republic of Liberia, I contributed to the planning and implementation of community engagement initiatives aimed at enhancing social services for women and children. I worked closely with local organizations, government bodies, and NGOs to raise awareness and mobilize resources for community programs. Additionally, I conducted surveys and collected data to assess community needs, which informed the development of targeted support programs to address those needs effectively.

Designing and implementing educational and social programs tailored to meet the unique needs of refugee families who migrated to the Charlotte area, focusing on language skills, cultural adaptation, and educational development, I conducted comprehensive needs assessments to identify community priorities and mobilized resources to ensure effective delivery of essential services. In times of crisis, I coordinated rapid response efforts to address healthcare, housing, and counseling needs, providing timely and compassionate support to affected individuals.
